Recommended Arrival & Departure Dates

It is recommended that participants in education classes or certifications and/ or Partner Forum arrive on Sunday, May 4.
Registration will be open from 3PM – 6PM that day. Please ensure you arrive in time to make the most of your day.

If not participating, we recommend you arrive midday Monday, May 5.

We recommend departing in the late afternoon Thursday, May 8.

Travel

If traveling by air, we recommend flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO). Located 30 minutes from the hotel, transportation options include:

Taxi service at the Ground Transportation Curb at Terminals A & B (level 1), and on the Arrivals Curb at Terminal C (level 6).

Ride sharing services are also available at the Arrivals Curb at Terminals A & B (level 2) or at Terminal C (level 6).

Discounted shuttles are available on the Ground Transportation Curb at Terminals A, B, & C (level 1).

On-site parking is available at both hotels.
