International Post Corporation: Upgrading Quality and Service Performance for the Postal Industry
IPC is a member organization, composed of 24 postal operators around the world. IPC supports members by monitoring their international traffic, and their mission is to help posts reduce costs, increase revenues, and enhance visibility. One of the key services offered by IPC is reporting on various levels - accounting purposes, performance, data quality, timeliness of data transmission, and more. IPC decided to modernize its enterprise architecture across the board by introducing an enterprise data warehouse and a BI solution.
