According to the recent report by BHEF and PwC America’s Data Science and Analytics Talent: The Case for Action, there will be 2.7 million job postings for data science and analytics roles by 2020. That’s a lot of jobs. Indeed, as colleges and universities build curriculums and race to educate tomorrow’s talent, HR teams and IT vendors are busy training existing workers - arming them with new skills that they can put into action today.
Data science technology and software is always evolving, so it’s especially critical that organizations have systems and training in place to bring employees up to speed. Making resources on modern technologies and industry best practices is key to being able to anticipate and prepare for future adjustments.
