Halloween Meets HyperIntelligence

Every October, families across the United States rush to grocery stores to grab enough candy to last through trick-or-treating season. With dozens of variety packs to choose from, it’s hard to keep track of what’s in the candy packages you’re buying and handing out to neighborhood kids on Halloween.

We created the Halloween Candy card using HyperIntelligence to give you a quick snapshot of some of the most popular candies across the United States. Whether you’re perusing a grocery store website or comparing variety pack deals online, you can get the information you need about each candy from these cards—in zero clicks. The cards will tell you whether a specific candy contains nuts, what flavor profile it has, its nutrition facts, and more. Take a look at our MicroStrategy Community Page for installation instructions. See a preview of the card below!

At the top of the card, you'll find the candy's name and a picture. The card provides the following information:

  • Parent Company
  • Type of Candy: The type or shape of the candy, such as a bar, drops, cups, etc.
  • Flavor: This section tells you whether the candy is chocolatey, minty, fruity, crunchy, or has any other flavors
  • 5 Main Ingredients: This list may include less than five ingredients if the candy is made up of only a few primary ingredients and has less than 2% of other ingredients
  • Calories per 1oz: The calorie count per ounce of the candy. (This does not represent the pre-determined serving size for each candy)

At the bottom of the card, you'll find a chart with nutritional information about the candy, including the percent daily value of fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, protein, carbohydrates and calcium, all based on a 2,000 calorie daily diet. We also added a fun fact about each candy at the bottom of the card.
