Magdalena Jankowska, Senior Technical Program Manager, is a MicroStrategy Business Intelligence professional with almost 9 years of experience. She is familiar with most aspects of BI development that she has learned working on numerous European customer projects. Magda holds a degree of Master of Science from University of Oxford where she conducted research on neural networks combined with robotics.

Robert Carey, Senior Manager in Cloud, has twenty years experience in leading BI initiatives and has led our cloud team since it’s inception in 2011. Robert is an expert in cloud migrations, leading over 70 migrations in his tenure with MicroStrategy and holds a Masters degree in business administration from Virginia Tech.

Shugo Sonobe is a proven Business Intelligence professional with 10 years of experience in BI and Database Technology. He worked in the advanced product support team for 4 years and is an expert on architecting, deploying, configuring, and optimizing the Intelligent Enterprise architecture. Shugo has provided advice and best practices on platform and MicroStrategy products to many high-profile customers around the world.

Siva Natarajan

Siva Natarajan is a passionate Technical Program Director at MicroStrategy with extensive knowledge on the functioning of MicroStrategy Intelligence Server and Query Engine, MicroStrategy licensing, and interaction of MicroStrategy products with over 20 different kinds of databases and their ODBC architectures. He has held several managerial and leadership positions at MicroStrategy. Siva obtained a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and has a natural flair for numbers and data.

Vinay Desai

Vinay Desai is the Director of Services Programs at MicroStrategy and is leading the Intelligence Database Program for Enterprise Support. He is passionate about emerging technologies and has extensive experience in Big Data, AI, Advanced Analytics, Cloud Solutions, IoT and DevOps. Prior to joining MicroStrategy, Vinay worked with Accenture, Neiman Marcus and Capgemini in various roles delivering highly visible projects across Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, CMT and Hospitality Industries. Vinay holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Louisiana State University.

Scott Rigney

Scott joined MicroStrategy in 2017 and is the Principal Product Manager for machine learning, data science, APIs, and SDKs. Before MicroStrategy, he worked in risk management and built machine learning systems for predicting business application outages, simulation and resource optimization, and IT system dependency discovery using network graph models. Scott works at MicroStrategy HQ in Mclean, Virginia, and lives in nearby Arlington.
