Nahdi Navigating the Covid Crisis with Data

Based on Nahdi's investment in enterprise analytics and IT infrastructure, pivoting to a remote-based workforce was a seamless transition for the company. To avoid network loading issues, the IT team changed how business users accessed MicroStrategy to be directly via the internet, not the Nahdi Network. Data was secured via SSO and OTP, so productivity remained high despite the disruption to the workforce. 

During the early months of the pandemic, the BI team also took the initiative to deploy mobile apps powered by MicroStrategy Mobile. These solutions worked to empower the Operations team with daily KPIs and real-time reporting on Covid-19 ensuring that decisions were based on the company's latest information.
