TSA: Information quality and real time operational activities amid the COVID era

TSA deploys the MicroStrategy platform and has been better prepared to handle COVID related data management. Having had infrastructure, administration and training/support in place enabled workforces to be properly informed and appropriately staffed in airports throughout the US. The AIM (Airport Information Management) consumable supplies and supply chain management is a critical component of operations and safety to both TSA personnel and the traveling community. Visualizations and Reports generated by MicroStrategy provide TSA field employees capability to perform the necessary administrative functions to better track, manage, and request inventories at the airports. From a process standpoint the team was able to combine critical consumable module data with other AIM data modules.
