Modern Slavery Act Statement of MicroStrategy Limited

MicroStrategy Limited takes its ethical and legal obligations seriously, and is fully committed to a work environment and supply chain that is free from slavery and human trafficking. Our Code of Conduct and related policies provide a framework to guide our ethics and business practices. A copy of our Code of Conduct can be found here.

While MicroStrategy Limited does not manufacture its products in the traditional sense with the use of factories, we conduct due diligence and risk assessments as part of our vendor and partner on-boarding process, require that all of our vendors and partners comply with local law, including, but not limited to, employment laws, anti-corruption laws and any other laws that regulate how people work, and engage a third party service to alert us of potential indications that our vendors or partners have violated any applicable laws. To supplement these and other policies, we also have a Whistleblower Policy in place to protect whistleblowers.
