Prioritize Jobs in Workstation

Enhance performance and improve efficiency with job prioritization in Workstation. Watch the Product team show the feature in action, adding job priorities based on high priority.

MicroStrategy Workstation now supports job prioritization. Administrators can now easily add job priorities to ensure the high-priority jobs are executed first in the data warehouse, improving overall performance:

  • Configure job prioritization for MicroStrategy user groups classified by the Request Type, Application Type, Project Level, and Priority Level.
  • Manage job prioritization connection threads to maintain the number of open connections to the data warehouse.
  • Administrators can now lock or unlock projects and configurations in Workstation. This helps to maintain control and integrity of object definitions, preventing unwanted edits or changes.

Experience the platform yourself!

Request a pilot and a member of our team will contact you to understand your business needs and demonstrate how MicroStrategy can help.
