Configure Connection Mappings in Workstation

MicroStrategy Workstation provides various administrative workflows. Watch the Product team review how to configure data security of MicroStrategy users at the database level.

We’ve introduced enhanced data security options in Workstation. Administrators can now easily add connection mappings to ensure proper data security of MicroStrategy users:

  • Configure connection mappings for MicroStrategy users. Select to apply row level security at the data warehouse level or to direct them to separate data warehouses.
  • Manage connection mappings at the project level by choosing the appropriate database connection and database login for MicroStrategy user or user groups.

Experience the platform yourself!
