Cloud Reporter User

Cloud Reporter User is designed to meet the specific needs of data consumers users who only want to view and interact with MicroStrategy Dossiers, reports, and documents in MicroStrategy's MCE. In addition to consuming data, these users can also share personalized content with other users. Cloud Reporter User is inclusive of Reporter, Reporter (Server), Distribution, and our Drivers offerings along with predefined cloud infrastructure as described in the ordering document.

Cloud Transaction

Cloud Transaction lets Business Users submit transactions via custom forms on documents, dossiers, or via interactive grids. Business Users make selections using a variety of standard input selectors (text, numerical, calendar, switches, ratings) and also advanced inputs such as signature, surveys, and image capture. Business Users can also update records in cells in transactional grids and submit the changes back to the supporting system(s). Analysts include surveys from Survey Gizmo and Survey Monkey within dossiers and architects build transactional input controls into documents using drag and drop and configure write-back to web services (using XQuery) and to databases (using SQL). Application-API

Application-API lets users consume federated data and services in custom applications built by Developers using the REST API. HyperIntelligence SDK is a JavaScript SDK that allows you to quickly add HyperIntelligence to your own websites. Reporter (Server) is the corresponding server product for the Reporter Client. Collaboration

Collaboration lets Business Users communicate and collaborate within Dossiers. Users can exchange messages, tag users, and share filter selections via a chat interface built into the Dossier user interface. Users are alerted to new comments via email or by push notification to the Library app on their mobile device. Analytics

Analysts gain performance improvements and new analytics capabilities when analyzing data and building applications using in-memory cubes. Analysts can page-by, pivot, sort, and subtotal data without having to re-execute SQL against data warehouse(s). In-memory cubes also add in-memory support for derived metrics, derived elements, view filters, metric filters, and metric and attribute thresholds. Distribution

Users can also subscribe themselves and others to subscriptions via Web. Subscriptions can be triggered on a time/date schedule or by an event (e.g. ETL load complete). Subscriptions can also be triggered by a condition on a metric being met (e.g. inventory below a threshold) enabling system-wide data monitoring and alerting. OLAP is a collection of Drivers to Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) cube sources. Intelligence Server converts data stored in an MDX cube source into MicroStrategy objects using the MDX language. A subscription to Standard Technical Support Services provides customers with maintenance support, access to Community, Updates, and access to support services for 2 Support Liaisons via the online Support Center, email, or phone. Product Updates are released on a quarterly basis. Platform Updates (major releases of the MicroStrategy Platform) are released annually. Hotfixes and patches are released on an as need basis for urgent security, performance, stability issues and folded into each quarterly update. 

Support Liaison
