IPC is a member organization, composed of 24 Postal Operators around the world. IPC supports members by monitoring their international traffic. IPC's mission is to help posts to reduce costs, increase revenues and enhance visibility. IPC has a critical role to play in helping operators evolve and securing a viable future for the postal sector. One of the key services offered by IPC is reporting on various levels (accounting purposes, performance, data quality, timeliness of data transmission, and others): these services are offered across the board to members. IPC decided to modernize its Enterprise Architecture across the board by, among others, introducing an Enterprise Data Warehouse and a BI solution. IPC has decided for MicroStrategy as its Enterprise BI solution, given the multiple advantages of the platform: object maintenance, mobile offering, ease of report implementation, among others. In this presentation, we would like to share our experience with the community.
