Software:
- The entire stack of MicroStrategy products for 5 Developers within your company
- The entire stack of end-user products for Sales, Support and Implementation groups within your company and your Distribution Partners
- Access to Documentation and ability to rebrand Documentation and incorporate it into documentation for your MicroStrategy-based solution.
- Access to Beta versions of the MicroStrategy Software platform.

Maintenance and Support:
- Live Telephone Support during business hours lets you speak to live MicroStrategy engineers during the development of your MicroStrategy-based solution
- Email support lets you engage in one-on-one problem solving
- Online support features a full, easily searchable technical knowledge repository, aimed to ensure your success with MicroStrategy
- Access to all major and minor upgrades to the MicroStrategy platform software
- Ask questions to the user community and share technical know-how by responding to messages posted by other users on the MicroStrategy Forum

Training:
- Online training allows users to learn via self-paced, expert instruction and product simulations on a user-friendly interface
- Online video guides help answer immediate questions and get you jumpstarted in your development
- In-person Sales Training to your sales and sales engineering teams on how to demonstrate and position MicroStrategy to differentiate your MicroStrategy-based offerings from your competitors

MicroStrategy Licensing Options for OEM & SaaS End-Users
Commercial Models:
- Perpetual Licenses – One-time upfront fee plus annual maintenance
- Term Licenses – Monthly or Annual fee for use of the software; typically for SaaS offerings

Pricing Alternatives:
- Revenue Sharing – Our most popular model, Revenue Sharing sets the price of our software as a percentage of your license fee guaranteeing fixed margins to you
- Standard MicroStrategy Price List – If you instead prefer to price based on MicroStrategy’s price list, we offer our OEM partners deep discounts from our standard list prices:
- A perpetual Named-User license starts at $280 plus annual maintenance depending on platform and functionality required
- An annual Named-User SaaS license starts at $140 per year depending on platform and functionality required (no additional maintenance fee)
- Prices per Named User decrease with volume purchases
- For deployments above 300 Named Users, MicroStrategy offers CPU-based pricing for more economical deployments
