  1. The first four (4) registrants should register individually via the online registration system.
  2. After we have reviewed and confirmed each registration, a code for one (1) free registration will be emailed to the registered individuals. Please share this code with a colleague who has not already previously registered; the code can only be applied for new registrants.
  3. The free registrant should register online for MicroStrategy World 2012. Once on the payment page, the code must be entered in the "Promotion Code" field and the "Apply Code" button must be pressed. For a limited time, complete ten (10) paid registrations from one company and receive a Power Pass for unlimited complimentary full conference registrations! It is easy to take advantage of this special offer:

  1. The first ten people should register individually via the online registration system. Once all ten individuals have registered, please send an email to microstrategyworld@microstrategy.com to request your Power Pass for unlimited complimentary registrations. Please do not register more than ten (10) individuals until you receive your Power Pass.
  2. After we have reviewed and confirmed each registration, a promotion code for unlimited complimentary registrations will be emailed to all registered individuals. Please share this code with colleagues who have not previously registered. The promotion code can only be applied toward new registrations. The promotion code is not retroactive toward existing registrations.

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Policy

MicroStrategy World will include information on upcoming product releases, product strategy and other proprietary information. You are required to have an executed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on file in order to be admitted to the conference. Please fax completed NDA forms to +001 703 852 7157 or email the scanned document to microstrategyworld@microstrategy.com.

Conference Payment Policy

Conference registration fee must be paid in full prior to attending conference by invoice. In order to receive the prices listed online you must complete and submit the online registration form by midnight (CET) on the deadline date. Any registration completed online after midnight (CET) will be processed at the next deadline price. Please email microstrategyworld@microstrategy.com with questions or if you need information regarding MicroStrategy World 2012.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on company letterhead. All cancellation requests received by 25 May 2012 will be subject to a € 150 service charge (not applicable in combination with a promotional code). Cancellation requests received after 25 May 2012 or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee (not applicable in combination with a promotional code). All refunds will be issued after the conference. Please fax all written cancellation requests to +001 703 852 7157 or email the to microstrategyworld@microstrategy.com.

Conference Substitution & Admittance Policy

Substitutions for the conference will be permitted at any time. Substitutes must work for the same company as the original registrant and payment information must stay the same. Substitutions are not valid for existing registrations. Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted. This conference is organized by MicroStrategy which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. MicroStrategy's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Application and payments that are not accepted will be returned. Payment by Invoice

Conference registration fees must be paid in full prior to attending the conference. Please fill in your billing address and your company's VAT number. Once the invoice is received please remit payment immediately according to the payment instructions stated in the invoice.
