* Upon receiving your MicroStrategy Mobile Suite license, and for a period of 60 days, two named support liaisons from your company will be able to contact MicroStrategy Technical Support by email. Our support staff will reply with technical assistance within one business day. The user from your company that registers for MicroStrategy Mobile Suite will be automatically enabled as the first support liaison and can designate one additional contact and/or a replacement for themselves to be eligible for Email Technical Support. Note that Email Technical Support will be available for 60 days from the initial registration, after which your company will be entitled only to Online Support unless Standard Technical Support is purchased. Also note that this applies at the organization level, if your company has already received free Email Technical Support.
