Last-minute Hotel Deal Terms

To qualify for this special offer, you must register for MicroStrategy World between January 5, 2009 - January 9, 2009 and book your hotel room at the Wynn Las Vegas, at our special conference rate of $269/night, plus applicable sales tax.

After completing your hotel reservation, please email the following information to MicroStrategyWorld@MicroStrategy.com:

• Reservation name
• Hotel confirmation number
• Arrival date
• Departure date

MicroStrategy will provide a credit to your hotel room bill equivalent to one night stay at $269/night plus applicable sales tax. This credit will be reflected on your final bill when you check out of the hotel.

As a special promotion, we are offering all companies one (1) free registration for every four (4) paid registrations received from the same company. It is easy to take advantage of this special offer:

1. The first four registrants should register individually.
2. After we have reviewed and confirmed each registration, a code for one (1) free registration will be emailed to the last person registered. Please share this code with a colleague who has not already previously registered; the code can only be applied for new registrants.
3. The 5th registrant should register online for MicroStrategy World 2009. Once on the payment page, the code must be entered in the "Promotion Code" field and the "Apply Code" button must be pressed. Once the "Apply Code" button is pressed the registration fee will be reduced to $0. Please remember, the code is good for one (1) free registration; the code can only be applied for new registrants. Conference Policies

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Policy

MicroStrategy World will include information on upcoming product releases, product strategy and other proprietary information. You are required to have an executed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (zipped file) on file in order to be admitted to the conference. Please fax completed NDA forms to 703.852.7157.

Conference Payment Policy

Conference registration fee must be paid in full prior to attending the conference. Payment methods include American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa as well as invoice paid via a company check. The invoice option is only available until November 30, 2008. After November 30, 2008 only credit card payments will be accepted. In order to receive the prices listed online you must complete and submit the online registration form by midnight (EDT) on the deadline date. Any registration completed online after midnight (EDT) will be processed at the next deadline price. Conference Confirmation Policy

Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 business days after your completed form and payment are submitted, please contact customer service at 703.848.8787 or via email at MicroStrategyWorld@microstrategy.com.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on company letterhead. All cancellation requests received by November 30, 2008 will be subject to a $ 250.00 service charge. Cancellation requests received after November 30, 2008 or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee. All refunds will be issued after the conference. Please fax all written cancellation requests to 703.852.7157.

Conference Substitution Policy

Substitutions for the conference will be permitted at any time. Substitutes must work for the same company as the original registrant and payment information must stay the same. Substitutions are not valid for existing registrations. Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted.

Conference Admission Policy

This conference is organized by MicroStrategy which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. MicroStrategy's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Application and payments that are not accepted will be returned.

Payment by Credit Card

The Web server will generate an interim acknowledgement, containing your Reference Number as an acknowledgement for your records. You will receive a payment confirmation once your credit card is processed and payment is complete. Payment methods include American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

Payment by Company Check

An invoice will be sent via mail if you wish to pay by company check. Once the invoice is received please remit payment along with a copy of the invoice. The company check must be made payable to "MicroStrategy", in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, to: MicroStrategy World 2009, c/o MicroStrategy Services Corporation, PO Box 409671, Atlanta, GA 30384-9671. Please be sure to reference your name, registration confirmation number, and invoice number on the company check. The invoice option is only available until November 30, 2008. Payment by Invoice

An invoice will be sent via mail if you request the invoice option during registration.
