Solution provider program.

MicroStrategy collaborates with vendors who comprehensively deliver on customer project needs which include concept, implementation, and support. MicroStrategy solution provider partners include corporate resellers, Value-added resellers, and systems integration & consulting firms. Typical services delivered by solution providers include evaluation of the customer's current infrastructure and system/business requirements, specifying the mix of manufacturers' hardware and software required to meet project goals, and installing the hardware and software at the client's site. In many cases, the "solution" also includes ongoing service and support.
