Our approach to end user training is simple. We offer an end-to-end solution where we will (1) assess the training needs of your users through surveys and interviews; (2) identify the gaps in knowledge and document our findings; (3) construct a training plan to best meet those gaps and ensure proficiency; (4) execute the training plan and create custom material and delivery blended learning; (5) measure the effectiveness of the training plan that was executed. This program, our Adoption Management Program (AMP) gives you peace of mind by having MicroStrategy manage your entire training plan for end user adoption.
As mentioned above, AMP includes blended learning which focuses on two main delivery methods – instructor-led and online. If you are interested in only the delivery methods and not the activities pre-and post-training delivery, then below are the stand-alone options available independent of the AMP program.Instructor-led Options

Regardless of the approach, the key to effective user training is course customization. We have found that end users benefit greatly using documentation that contains a significant amount of business content. In the absence of familiar business examples, end users are often inadequately prepared to use the application and at times do not understand the reports provided.
