At MicroStrategy, we embrace diversity in educational backgrounds and believe that the best and brightest in our Technology organization may come from a wide variety of college majors. MicroStrategy's Technology organization offers opportunities to develop communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills that can be utilized in the following areas:

  • Beta Consulting: Travel to client sites around the world to test out the newest versions of our software while still in its Beta stage, working closely with customers to gather their feedback about our new product features and designs.
  • Mobile Designer: Collaborate and design new mobile applications for iPhone and iPad. Gather customer requirements for mobile deployment to internal and external users.
  • Program Management: Assist in the research and design of new product capabilities. Gain an understanding of how our customers work with our products and what areas need to be enhanced. Understand the business problems customers are attempting to solve.
  • Software Performance & Reliability: Design and execute performance and stress tests based on product specification and customer needs. Work with cutting edge technologies to learn how to push the edge of the performance envelope.
  • Release Management: Lead the charge for shipping releases of the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence platform with an emphasis on world-class quality and performance to ensure customer success. Be the owner for defining and executing software plans, strategic, and tactical initiatives.
