Associate Program Managers possess creativity, strong analytical and technical skills, and excellent communication skills. Associate Program Managers are able to make an immediate impact on product strategy and help drive innovations into our Business Intelligence product suite to further extend our technical leadership.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree. GPA: 3.5+. Degrees, majors, or minors in Computer Science or other Engineering disciplines a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong creativity
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating system and other fundamental Computer Science concepts desirable but not required
  • Technical skills that will lend well to prototyping new design ideas, researching new trends in building rich internet applications. Interests in User Interface design desirable. Programming skills in Objective C, JavaScript, or Java desirable

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

  • Research applicability of new areas where we may extend our existing product suite
  • Research broader market for product input
  • Interact with customers to capture customer driven feedback
  • Prototype solutions as proof of concept for inclusion into the mainstream product suite
  • Write specification and design documents to facilitate assimilation of new concepts into product features
  • Articulate to team members and management the value of these new features and back it up with the research required to showcase overall value to the product suite
  • Evangelize product suite to other internal MicroStrategy teams (marketing, sales) as well as customers
