New Associate Consultants will have the opportunity to work in major U.S. cities including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, etc. implementing and advising on MicroStrategy’s Business Intelligence software. The consulting team works to customize our software, creating solutions to meet each organization’s unique requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is required
• Experience, if applicable: Consulting or IS Consulting Experience, Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology: RDBMS, Web, Client/ Server, and OLAP
• Business Development Experience; demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements; programming experience (Visual Basic, C, C++); Web/Internet experience (JAVA, HTML, ASP, XML, XSL)
• Application knowledge of the following industries: Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Telecommunications, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and ERP
• US Citizen or Permanent Residency required

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

• Provide billable consulting support to achieve account objectives and production success: services may include: product installation and implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit to meet customer business requirements
• Perform information systems needs assessment, information gathering, and recommend appropriate business systems and IT infrastructure for MicroStrategy customers
• Performs data modeling, application development, technical product assistance and tuning to meet customer performance and functional requirements
• Specify business systems (inputs, outputs, data, human and automated interfaces) to meet information processing objectives for MicroStrategy’s software platform
• Examine MicroStrategy’s proprietary software products for their compliance with functional specifications
• Able to work under minimal supervision
