Associate Beta Consultants have a passion for tackling complex problems from all different angles. As an Associate Beta Consultant, you will work to contribute toward our goal of providing customers with products that exceed their quality standards by closely participating in the design of new product features and the analysis and resolution of customer issues. You will also have the opportunity to travel to client sites around the world to test and demonstrate the newest versions of our software while still in its Beta stage.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Process oriented and ability to pay close attention to details
• Team oriented individual
• Previous experience with customer management a plus
• US Citizen or Permanent Residency required

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

• Work closely with Engineering and QE departments to become experts in our products and new features
• Develop presentations and workshops to be used on client sites to demo and test new product functionality
• Visit clients around the world to install, demo, and test new products
• Rapidly implement new applications at client sites to showcase MicroStrategy's products
• Collect feedback on newly developed features
• Understand Business Intelligence strategies from customers, as well as challenges they might face to upgrade to the new version of our products
• Gather ideas for future enhancements
• Work with Engineering and QE during the design of new features suggested by customers
