Customer Loyalty Ranking

In a comprehensive survey of companies using business intelligence software products, The BI Survey 7 found those companies using MicroStrategy are the most loyal and satisfied. MicroStrategy had the highest customer loyalty of any business intelligence vendor for the fourth year in a row and an increase over the previous year.

Preferred Products to Standardize On

MicroStrategy was found to be the top product to standardize on with 91.3% of customers indicating that they would select MicroStrategy as their enterprise BI standard. The Survey found declining standardization preference percentages from 2006 for Hyperion's customers.

Data Volumes By Product

For the seventh consecutive year, The BI Survey found that MicroStrategy customers analyzed the largest amounts of data. MicroStrategy customers are accessing a mean of 1,074 Gigabytes (GB) and a median of 257.8 GB in this latest survey. These median data volumes are larger, by a factor of more than three times greater than SAP BW, and a factor of 258 greater than Cognos’ median data volumes.

Web Deployment Rates By Product

MicroStrategy customers are more successful in deploying business intelligence via the Web than are customers using any other leading business intelligence product for the seventh year in a row. The Survey found that MicroStrategy had the highest Web Deployment Rate of 79.2%, meaning 79.2% of MicroStrategy’s customers reported that they have deployed business intelligence via the Web to at least 50% of their users.
