5. What do I need to use MicroStrategy Cloud Personal?
   MicroStrategy Cloud Personal is based on the company's Cloud Intelligence infrastructure so there is no software to install. All you need is a web browser with Adobe Flash Player. If you want to view dashboards using your iPad, download the free MicroStrategy Mobile app from the iTunes App Store. For the best experience, use iOS version 4.3.3 or newer.

   Upload your Microsoft Excel spreadsheets directly from your computer (follow these simple guidelines to format your Excel spreadsheet for use with MicroStrategy Cloud Personal), or securely access your Salesforce data from within MicroStrategy Cloud Personal and select any existing Salesforce reports you wish to analyze.

7. Can I share my dashboards with friends and colleagues?
   MicroStrategy Cloud Personal lets you share your insights using email, publish them on blogs, or share them on the web through Facebook, Twitter or mobile devices.

8. Is it possible to view my dashboards on an iPad?
   Yes, just install the latest version of the free MicroStrategy Mobile app on your iPad to view your dashboards. You can also send your friends and colleagues an email with a link to your dashboard so they too can view it on their iPads. For the best experience, use iOS version 4.3.3 or newer.

9. Can anybody access the dashboards I create with MicroStrategy Cloud Personal?

10. Can I stop others from viewing my dashboards after I have already shared them?
    Yes, MicroStrategy Cloud Personal lets you revoke access to any dashboards you've previously shared at any time.

11. What happens if somebody tries to access a dashboard that I have unshared or deleted?
    That person will see a message explaining that the dashboard is no longer available.

12. Can I make changes to my existing dashboards?
    Yes, you can make changes to your existing dashboards at any time. You can also refresh your data with an updated version of your Excel file or Salesforce report.
