MicroStrategy runs on and supports all major platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Windows, AIX, Sun Solaris, Red Hat  Linux, SUSE Linux, and HP-UX 64-bit (Itanium). In addition, MicroStrategy supports and is certified to integrate with most Teradata warehouse versions, including V2R5.1x, V2R6.x, V2R6.1x, V2R6.2x, and the latest release of Teradata Version 12.

Teradata Data Warehousing Alliance Partner: MicroStrategy is a strategic data warehousing alliance partner, boasting a relationship that extends over a decade.

Teradata Partners Center of Expertise (TPCOE): In an effort to facilitate technical support and optimize the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Platform's performance on Teradata, the MicroStrategy Technology Lab and R&D teams operate and run all versions of Teradata that are supported by MicroStrategy. This helps accelerate any technical issue resolution and further enhances our joint ability to address customer implementation concerns. The result of these integrated efforts is higher-performing, more scalable business intelligence solutions for our joint customers.

Pre-Release Beta Program: One of the key components of our partnership is pre-release beta testing that reinforces full-fledged engineering and integration support between the organizations. This ensures that our products work together, out of the box, before they are released. By participating in Teradata Field Test / Beta Test programs, the MicroStrategy BI Platform is certified before it reaches a single customer.

Annual CTO Summit: This summit is an annual engineering forum that brings together the Chief Technology Officers and the technical teams of both organizations to collaborate on our technical integration. This includes developing and defining a technology roadmap that endorses and prioritizes any future product releases, as well as mutual influence on technical initiatives and customer issues that need to be addressed jointly.

Teradata University Network (TUN): MicroStrategy is the founding BI vendor to participate in the TUN program, a free online portal to further education on data warehousing and BI that is available to universities worldwide. The Teradata University Network has over 2,300 registered faculty members and thousands of student users at approximately 1,000 universities in 77 countries.
