MicroStrategy offers multi-platform support for Sybase to allow customers greater flexibility in their operating environments.

MicroStrategy's Multi-pass SQL engine automatically generates highly optimized SQL specific to Sybase that can be further tuned to make queries run ten to hundred times faster. MicroStrategy's Very Large Database (VLDB) settings adjust Sybase-specific SQL within the MicroStrategy application at the metric, report or application level.

Our SQL engine can also execute SQL commands concurrently against the Sybase database to achieve optimal workload distribution and maximize performance. By leveraging parallel SQL execution, MicroStrategy and Sybase can deliver greater analytical depth to our joint customers.
