Alliance with JMA Systems Corporation Offers Intelligent E-Business Opportunities to Japanese Companies
VIENNA, Va., April 13, 2000— MicroStrategy® Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR), a leading worldwide provider of Intelligent E-Business™ software, today announced that it has established a strategic alliance with JMA Systems Corporation, a Japanese systems integrator, to market and sell Intelligent E-Business solutions to Japanese companies. The alliance marks MicroStrategy’s first foray into the competitive Japanese market for business intelligence and Intelligent E-Business technologies.
Tokyo-based JMA Systems Corp. offers Japanese corporate clients technology consulting, application development, network security and software sales services. In collaboration with MicroStrategy, the company will integrate Intelligent E-Business products like MicroStrategy Web™, MicroStrategy Broadcaster™, MicroStrategy InfoCenter™ and MicroStrategy Agent™ into its solutions, and resell the software directly.
