Anubis Announces New Integration Module to Speed Deployment of MicroStrategy Decision Support Applications

ALAMEDA, Calif. -- February 17, 1999 - Anubis, the company that’s defining the future of data warehouse construction and management, today announced that its celebrated Constructa design platform will incorporate a new decision support module to seamlessly integrate with MicroStrategy® Incorporated’s (NASDAQ: MSTR) award-winning decision support products, DSS Agent™ and DSS Architect™.

Constructa’s new module jumpstarts the development of MicroStrategy decision support applications by translating a company’s business dimensional model and data warehouse design directly into the appropriate DSS Agent metadata. By leveraging existing design work, companies employing both Constructa and DSS Agent on their data warehousing projects can enjoy significant reductions in development time and complexity. As the data warehouse design evolves, Constructa’s decision support module will propagate DSS Agent metadata changes as necessary with a full impact analysis. This allows administrators to immediately identify and update the DSS Agent elements that have been made invalid due to metadata changes.

Constructa and its new decision support module have been used by MicroStrategy consultants and joint customers on selected engagements.
