ebi Solutions, LLC Partners with MicroStrategy to Provide Optimum Integrated Business Intelligence Solutions

(Piscataway, NJ, July 19, 1999) – ebi Solutions, LLC (ebi) announced today that it has signed an agreement with MicroStrategy® Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR), a leading worldwide provider of business intelligence software, to offer clients MicroStrategy’s DSS Suite™, a comprehensive product line for developing and deploying scalable e-business solutions. ebi will add DSS Suite to its customized application and service offerings, providing Fortune 1000 companies with e-business applications delivering unparalleled analytics and sophisticated reporting. The partnership highlights ebi’s mission of "Optimization through Integration™."

ebi develops and integrates value-added applications to derive peak performance and increase productivity utilizing "state of the art" technology including Business Intelligence, OLAP, Web Development, Data Warehousing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) products.

Under the terms of the partnership agreement, ebi will apply a "Plug and Play" approach to delivering solutions leveraging MicroStrategy’s DSS Suite. As a core technology platform, DSS Suite can be customized for ebi solutions which will include, among other features, data extraction, report broadcasting, data analysis and monitoring capabilities. The ebi application suite encompasses a methodology of "Concept to Delivery" by offering modules that can be implemented stand alone or as an integrated solution.

ebi will also integrate DSS Suite into its Quick Strike Programs™. These programs provide clients access to certified consulting and training professionals who excel at imparting their knowledge and ensuring successful implementation support.
