Net Perceptions for E-Commerce 5.0 Embeds MicroStrategy Reporting and Analysis Tools

Net Perceptions for E-commerce 5.0 is a personalization recommendation engine that offers several new analysis and merchandising features. One of the most notable advances is its reporting capability. Net Perceptions has partnered with MicroStrategy to create a reporting and analysis module specifically designed for companies using Net Perceptions personalization products.

Called Net Perceptions Decision Support™, this reporting and analysis feature allows retailers to track specific online promotions across time through MicroStrategy Intelligence Server™ and MicroStrategy Web™, part of MicroStrategy’s Intelligent E-Business Platform. Net Perceptions Decision Support provides detail to companies about the effectiveness of their campaigns resulting from the recommendations. It tracks what products are being recommended, which are being bought, which are being ignored, how many browsers actually buy, and gives detail into the average size and value of the orders.
