Epsilon Joins MicroStrategy’s DSS Partners Program as a VAR

Companies to Provide Comprehensive One-to-One Marketing Solutions for Customer-Centric Industries

As part of the partnership program, Epsilon will leverage MicroStrategy’s award-winning DSS Suite to dramatically enhance companies’ one-to-one marketing efforts. Using MicroStrategy’s DSS Agent™, DSS Objects™, DSS Web™ and DSS Broadcaster™, Epsilon will develop custom decision support and campaign management systems for clients across vertical industries. Drawing upon its extensive expertise implementing database marketing systems for clients in numerous industries, Epsilon will also integrate MicroStrategy’s DSS products into a pre-packaged customer relationship management solution for retailers and cataloguers. The new system is designed to reduce the time it would normally take to build a custom solution from months to a matter of weeks. MicroStrategy’s product suite will be an integral part of the new solution, allowing companies to:

  • Profile customers and measure current and future value
  • Measure the results of marketing campaigns
  • Apply analytic modeling to predict how various marketing actions will influence customer behavior
