The Technical Advisory Services TeamEach TAS subscriber has a dedicated Technical Advisory Manager (the “Manager”) responsible for providing insight, expertise and direction to an enterprise’s business intelligence strategy. The Manager acts as your direct liaison to MicroStrategy’s network of product, industry, and process experts, as well as your facilitator with MicroStrategy executives.
The Manager serves as more than just a liaison to the MicroStrategy network. A Manager brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and hands-on skills to their TAS subscribers, shepherding them through the most complex and ambitious business intelligence deployments to provide the highest possible return on investment. Serving as a close advisor to an enterprise’s CIO, business intelligence project managers, and BI vice presidents, the Manager helps to anticipate potential challenges in development and deployment efforts, providing a plan for a smooth, cost-effective transition through and around these challenges. The Manager will also ensure that once the application is developed, the deployment of the application is in a position to achieve rapid user adoption and returns. Coordinating with business sponsors and users, the Manager will assist the organization in mapping a deployment path that is designed to exceed the expectations of the customer. |
