MicroStrategy Download Site
The MicroStrategy Download Site is the online repository for all MicroStrategy Products. The Customer can access and download products by logging into the MicroStrategy Download Site using his/her Internet Account ID and password. Access to products on the Download Site is limited to those customers with Software License Agreements and/or a Maintenance Agreement.
Customers can choose from the following file folders to access desired information:
My Folder — This folder is the Customer's company folder, into which he/she can upload information. This folder may also contain information pertinent to the Customer's organization. These folders are private and may only be accessed by specified MicroStrategy employees such as technical support engineers, consultants, etc., and specified contacts for the Customer's company. Files older than one month are automatically purged from this folder on a regular basis.
MicroStrategy Products — This directory contains all the products to which the Customer has access.
The Download Site is available to all MicroStrategy employees, distributors, partners and customers with licensed, active maintenance agreements. The MicroStrategy download site can be accessed through the ‘links’ section of the support site or directly at https://download.microstrategy.com. The Customer will be prompted for his/her User ID and password.
