MicroStrategy Customer Support

Request a MicroStrategy Internet Account



MicroStrategy Internet Accounts are available to all licensed customers and partners of MicroStrategy, Inc. with an active maintenance agreement, and to all evaluating customers for the duration of the evaluation period. Access to products on the MicroStrategy Download site will be limited to those for which you qualify, based upon your Software License Agreement and/or Maintenance Agreement.

Licensed customers and partners of MicroStrategy may contact their organization's Support Liaison to request an Internet Account. They may also contact MicroStrategy Technical Support directly and provide the name of their referring Support Liaison. A "Support Liaison" is defined as a person whom the customer or partner has designated as a point-of-contact with MicroStrategy’s support personnel.

MicroStrategy Internet Accounts enable access to the MicroStrategy Download site and Technical Support Online Support Site. Among other functions, these sites allow users to:

  • Download new versions of MicroStrategy software (Support Liaisons only)
  • Log new cases with Technical Support (Support Liaisons only)
  • Correspond with Technical Support Engineers regarding existing cases (Support Liaisons only)
  • Exchange information with users around the world in the MicroStrategy Customer Forum (Support Liaisons only)
  • Search the MicroStrategy Knowledge Base.

Requests will be processed within the next two business days, after which your account information will be emailed to you along with instructions for use.
