Perennial Education Pass (PEP) Program
MicroStrategy's Perennial Education Pass (PEP) Program is your ticket to implementation success! With more than 2,500 active members worldwide, the PEP Program has proven to be the most flexible and low-cost training solution for each project team member. More than 1,000 public training days are offered in the United States and Canada throughout the year; giving your technical team the training they need, when needed, to become MicroStrategy Experts!
The PEP Program
offers our customers the utmost flexibility in educating each employee.
The PEP Program allows customers to train identified individuals through
an unlimited number of MicroStrategy instructor-led and online course
offerings under one payment structure. For 2009, public Distance Learning courses have been added as part of the PEP program. PEP members can attend Distance Learning courses for no additional fee. Learn more about the distance learning option.
For one annual fee, members of
the program can develop MicroStrategy expertise by attending as many instructor-led
courses as applicable, or by taking as many online courses as they need
to be successful during the development and implementation process. By
offering an element of flexibility into our education services, MicroStrategy
enables customers to properly educate key personnel and to ensure those
individuals' skills remain up-to-date. The PEP Program is the most cost-effective

The PEP Program consists of Education Passes for two named users. An Education
Pass is valid for 12 months and entitles the pass holder to:
- Attend an unlimited number of regularly scheduled MicroStrategy instructor-led courses offered at public training locations throughout the country of purchase.
- Attend an unlimited number of regularly scheduled distance learning courses offered in a time-zone convenient to you.
- Subscribe to MicroStrategy's Learning Management System to access MicroStrategy online courses.
Once a customer becomes a member of the PEP Program,
additional passes can be purchased per named user for access to instructor-led
courses and online courses. PEP Program membership (2 full passes for
a total of $6,600) is required prior to purchasing additional PEP subscriptions
or PEP Online subscriptions.

Note:
The PEP Program automatically renews each year upon expiration
of the current term. PEP members must provide written notice
to MicroStrategy Education at least 90 days before the expiration
date of the current term to cancel their renewal. Please
send an email to PEP@microstrategy.com.
The PEP Program is currently offered in the United States,
Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Latin America. International
pricing is available. Please contact your Account Executive
