Providing superior support services to a global customer base across a wide variety of rapidly changing technologies is the primary goal of the Technology Services directorate. As a MicroStrategy Technical Support Engineer, you will achieve this goal through intelligent information management and an intense focus on maximizing business value for the customer.
Education Services
Your interpersonal and communication skills are valuable resources in MicroStrategy’s Education directorate. Our education professionals develop and teach courses to ensure that customers, partners and employees know how to deploy our technology to its fullest potential. They travel regularly to enterprises worldwide to educate both IT and end-user communities.
Marketing
MicroStrategy marketing professionals combine creativity with technical expertise to develop and promote product awareness and the company’s long-term vision.
