Software Quality Engineers
Software Quality Engineers have a passion for tackling complex problems from all different angles. Technical Support Engineers

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing unmatched service to MicroStrategy’s worldwide customers and partners by solving complex, high-level problems that affect their daily operations. Associate Program Managers
Associate Program Managers possess creativity, strong analytical and technical skills and excellent communication skills. Associate Program Managers are able to make an immediate impact on product strategy and help drive innovations into our Business Intelligence product suite to further extend our technical leadership.

Associate Beta Consultants
Associate Beta Consultants work to contribute toward MicroStrategy’s goal of providing customers with products that exceed their quality standards by closely participating in the design of new product features and the analysis and resolution of customer issues. You will also have the opportunity to travel to client sites around the world to test out the newest versions of our software while still in its Beta stage.

Technical Writers
Create, edit, and maintain technical software documentation for our high-performance Business Intelligence Products.

Associate Consultants
Associate Consultants represent our company at customer sites. New Associate Consultants will have the opportunity to work in major U.S. cities including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Seattle. Implementing and advising on MicroStrategy’s Business Intelligence software, the consulting team works to customize Microstrategy 9, creating solutions to meet each organization’s unique requirements.
