Software Quality Engineers have a passion for tackling complex problems from all different angles. As part of the Software Quality Engineering team, you will contribute toward our goal of providing customers with products that exceed their quality standards by closely participating in the design of new product features and the analysis and resolution of customer issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Process oriented and ability to pay close attention to details
• Team oriented individual

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

• Participate in the design of new functionality for the different products in our Business Intelligence software
• Develop product use cases that will be used for design and testing of new features
• Research and identify flaws in our products before they are released to the public
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of issues
• Develop product expertise; work with engineering teams to ensure cross-product quality
• Gather knowledge about the needs of our customers; simulate customer settings and usage patterns of our technology in a controlled environment
