Associate Beta Consultant

Department: Technology
Location: Vienna, US

Basic Function:  Gather requirements and ideas first hand from customers to further improve our products through testing and product demonstrations of the newest versions of MicroStrategy software while still in its Beta stage.


Job Duties (include but not limited to):



  • Work closely with Engineering and QE departments to become experts in our products and new features
  • Develop presentations and workshops to be used on client sites to demo and test new product functionality
  • Visit clients around the world to install, demo, and test new products
  • Rapidly implement new applications at client sites to showcase MicroStrategy’s products
  • Collect feedback on newly developed features
  • Gather ideas for future enhancements
  • Work with Engineering and QE during the design of new features suggested by customers

Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Process oriented and ability to pay close attention to details
  • Team oriented individual
  • Previous experience with customer management a plus
  • US Citizen or Permanent Residency required
