Customer Success Manager

Department: Angel.com
Location: Vienna, US

Basic Function:  The Customer Success Manager plays the critical role of supporting the top tier clients of Angel where the focus is on growing revenues and delighting customers. The CSM holds a fluid portfolio of clients and is responsible for client retention of named accounts, and selling new solutions and services to this installed base. 


Job Duties (includes but not limited to):



  • Sell Angel solutions and services to existing clients
  • Manage a portfolio of named accounts
  • Identify and properly qualify business opportunities within current customer base
  • Manage customer satisfaction and ensure the success of client solutions through customer delight excellence
  • Work closely with Associate Account Managers to track customer metrics within CRM system (Salesforce.com),  provide tier 2 support and manage contract renewals
  • Provide Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to all named accounts within the portfolio
  • Present business solutions at the executive level
  • Lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure
  • Manage complex sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting via Salesforce.com
  • Provide project management to ensure the success of current clients

Job Requirements:



  • At least 3-5 years professional solution selling experience in technology sales
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Successful experience at account development and large account management
  • Excellent communication skills and social perceptiveness
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to excel in relationship selling
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Proven sales cycle management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • General knowledge of or technical aptitude to learn telecom, reporting, and Web/Internet technologies
