Basic Function:  The Compensation Specialist is responsible for the calculation of quarterly bonus, bonus accrual reporting, and thresholding/quota database maintenance.

Job Duties: (include but not limited to):

• Complete understanding of compensation plans


• Determine requirements of compensation plans


• Document workflow analysis of process


• Monitor and document all policy exceptions


• Owner of quarterly bonus calculation


• Owner of quarterly bonus accrual


• Population of quarterly review with attainment


• Provides development on all reporting initiatives


• Responsible for maintaining the thresholding database


• Troubleshoot and track thresholding issues


• Proactive Assistance to All Employees


• Timely Completion of Assigned Tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business
  
• 2-3 years of experience with analyst or operations focus
  
• 2+ years’ experience in compensation management, maintenance, administration, communication and / or design
  
• Mid-level MS Excel skills
  
• Appropriate handling of confidential information
  
• Detail Oriented
  
• Technical Aptitude
  
• Possess strong organizational skills
  
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
