Basic Function: The Developer at Angel.com plays a critical role in the delivery of “Caller First” solutions to Angel.com’s client. They are focused on leading the development and delivery of IVR implementations.  They are the primary interface point with Angel.com’s clients during project engagements – defining client requirements, managing client communications, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering projects within scope on schedule.

Job Duties (include but not limited to): 

• Manage multiple projects of varying size and technical complexity
  
• Manage Angel.com and client to project timelines – ensuring dependencies are being met, and project will launch on schedule
  
• Develop expertise on Angel.com’s Site Builder tool and capabilities to integrate through web services with external systems
  
• Ability to perform as a single contributor, as well as to manage small teams in project delivery
  
• Implement “Caller First” IVRs
  
• Provide feedback to marketing on Product improvement priorities
  
• Achieve quarterly delivery revenue targets
  
• Identify new opportunities revenue within clients

Job Requirements:

• Experience delivering technology solutions
  
• Experience interfacing and managing clients
  
• Experience managing small project teams
  
• BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering
  
• PMP certification is a plus
  
• 4+ years of relevant experience
  
• DC based preference
